Membership at St. Ann Basilica Parish
Newcomers are invited to join our Parish Family Registration forms are available at the office. Only registration
and active parishioners are eligible to request and receive a sponsor card for any of the Sacraments.
Nursing Home/Hospital Visits
Inform the hospital admissions that you are a member of St. Ann Basilica Parish. For home visits, Sacrament
of the sick, or Eucharist, please call the Parish Office at 342-5166.
